12-week course Thursdays April 21 until July 21 4.45pm – 6.15pm in Fremantle
In this specially designed program you’ll participate in gentle movement, guided relaxation and exercises to help you move better, manage stress and get back into the activities you love.
Over three months of specialised teaching you will gradually progress from very gentle asana (postures) into more challenging sequences, develop your skills in meditation and gain a deeper understanding of yogic philosophy. Each session is supported by handouts and mp3 recordings.
