Our three-month Yoga for Pain program provides the tools and support to build a yoga practice that will help you move better, manage stress and get back into activities you love. There are online options for those unable to attend a course in person.
Who is Yoga for Pain for?
Yoga for Pain is for people with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and other forms of persistent pain who are ready to take an active approach to their pain care. It’s a good way to begin yoga when you’ve experienced pain for a length of time, to ensure you develop good practices and skills to take into your daily life. Yoga for Pain is also great for those who have previously loved yoga and would like to be able to enjoy it again. The program will gently challenge you to examine habits that may be exacerbating your pain – and to find the courage and patience to build new ones.
Yoga for Pain equips you to confidently choose a yoga class in your community after the course, or to continue with a home practice in the comfort of your own home.
The 12-week Yoga for Pain program runs once per year in Perth, and twice per year as an online group course. Check the event schedule for dates or email email@example.com for more information.
Individual consults provide all the benefits of Yoga for Pain, with additional personal attention, modifications to suit you, and a schedule that suits you. Yoga for Pain self-led courses
As well as the twice-yearly online group courses, Yoga for Pain Part 1 is now available as a self-led course. With options from $19 it’s an affordable way to learn the principles of effortless movement and good yoga practices when you have pain.
